KUALA LUMPUR: Air Macau’s inaugural flight from Macau to Kuala Lumpur successfully arrived on Wednesday.

This milestone marked the establishment of the airline’s first direct connection between Malaysian and the Macao SAR, made possible with full support from the local aviation industry authority, airport management company and the industry.

Prior to this momentous stride, Air Macau highlighted its commitment to expanding its reach and enhancing service by appointing Pacific World Travel Sdn Bhd (PWT) as its dedicated General Sales Agent (GSA) in Malaysia on last Dec 12.

The strategic partnership with PWT further solidifies Air Macau’s commitment to provide unparalleled travel experiences and seamless connectivity for Malaysian travellers seeking access to Macau’s vibrant offerings.

Air Macau will operate four flights weekly, with services on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Flight NX922 will depart from Macau at 0940hr local time and arrive Kuala Lumpur at 1355hr local time. Out of Kuala Lumpur with flight NX921, Air Macau will depart at 1455hr local time and arrive in Macau at 1850hr local time.

“We are delighted to facilitate this milestone in aviation that will foster stronger ties between Malaysia and Macau,” says Pacific World Travel Sdn Bhd group president Tunku Dato Seri Iskandar Tunku Abdullah.

“Its diverse offerings, from rich gastronomic heritage to UNESCO World Heritage sites and world-class integrated resorts, promise an immersive experience for Malaysian travellers, whether for leisure or MICE events.

“Macau’s captivating fusion of East-meets-West culture and its vibrant calendar of events and festivals ensure an enchanting journey for all who venture to this remarkable destination.”
