The StarProperty Awards 2024 offers visitors via its virtual showcase the opportunity to cast their votes for their preferred developer across three distinct categories: Most Preferred Developer, Most Heart-Warming CSR Initiative, and Newsmaker of the Year.

This year sees eight property developers, namely JL99 Group, Mah Sing Group Bhd, Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd, Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS), Setia Awan Group, Sime Darby Property Bhd, SkyWorld Development Bhd and UEM Sunrise Bhd vying for the Most Preferred Developer title.

The contenders for the Most Heart-Warming CSR Initiative title are JL99 Group, OSK Property Bhd, Mah Sing, Matrix Concepts and Tropicana Corporation Bhd while the Newsmaker of the Year trophy is contested by Mah Sing, PKNS, Sime Darby Property and UDA Holdings Bhd.

Visitors to the StarProperty Virtual Showcase, which hosts an impressive lineup of 27 esteemed developers featuring 51 vibrant developments from high-rise to landed homes and from affordable to luxurious homes, also offers an exciting range of thrilling activities, including insightful webinars on property-related topics.

Visitors can gain the chance to win exciting prizes worth a total of RM4,000 by playing the Match the Logo game in the fastest time.

Additionally, the first 10 purchasers who registered and signed the Sales and Purchase Agreement for the projects featured in the Virtual Showcase within the period of the showcase will be eligible for a RM888 e-wallet.The virtual showcase brings the look and feel of a physical fair so visitors can virtually visit and interact with each booth, attend the free webinars and download brochures about each development.
