SkyWorld Development chief executive officer Lee Chee Seng said the company’s commitment to quality is evident in its consistent pursuit of QLASSIC and SHASSIC assessments.

“Through stringent processes and thorough inspections, we deliver homes that meet or surpass industry standards regardless of the price.

“This is a testament of our commitment to delivering high-quality homes to Malaysians.”

To celebrate these achievements, SkyWorld hosted a tour of the project, which also included cultural performances and other fun activities.

The event gave guests a first-hand look at the quality workmanship of the development.

Construction Research Institute of Malaysia chief executive officer M. Ramuseren, who was at the event, commended SkyWorld.

He noted its QLASSIC score was the highest for an affordable home project since the assessment initiative began in 2006.
