Fatin Afeefa leaves stardom on husband’s wishes

Starlet Fatin Afeefa (pic) has announced that she will be leaving the entertainment world, fulfilling the wishes of her husband, reported Kosmo!

She said that aside from respecting her husband’s wishes, quitting her career would enable her to focus on family.

“My husband asked if it is alright if I no longer sing and act. I replied yes and that it is not a problem, “ said the 30-year-old.

Fatin Afeefa, whose real name is Fatin Nur Afifah Shamsudin said she did manage to “bargain” with her husband, Aliff Awang, to allow her to organise several campaigns, as she is used to working.

“He agreed to it,” the actress said.

Fatin, who starred in the movie Tentang Bulan, said she is striving to become a better person and a better Muslim.

Fatin tied the knot with Aliff Awang in December 2022.

She was previously married to local actor Adam Shahz in December 2013 but divorced in May 2017.

However, the couple have not given up hope and are seeking stem cell treatment for their child.

The treatment, involves more than six stem cell injections at a cost of about RM11,400 per injection or RM68,400 in total.
