Giant’s 79th anniversary celebration kicks off with Giant Murah Giler deals

SHAH ALAM: Giant Malaysia launched Giant’s 79th Anniversary celebration.

To celebrate its 79th birthday, Giant is budgeting RM79mil in price reductions to give back to its customers and the communities who have supported them through the years.

This is made possible with support from its valued business partners and suppliers.

Giant’s 79th Anniversary celebration kicked off with Giant Murah Giler at all Giant stores nationwide, as well as in TMC Bangsar and TMC Mesra Mall, with special weekly deals from fresh produce to essential grocery items.

Customers just have to look for its shoutouts on Giant Facebook and Instagram to find out which items are Giant Murah Giler on any given day or week throughout Merdeka month and beyond.

“Giant Murah Giler supports the Domestic Trade and Cost of Living’s (KPDN) Ministry programme Payung Rahmah, enabling our customers to get their daily necessities at affordable prices while enjoying great savings offered by various local businesses,” said GCH Retail (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd’s chief executive officer Tiger Cheah.

“We are also excited to announce that we are partnering with Malaysian SMEs to promote their products in Giant and TMC stores.

“We are proud to work together with KPDN to provide local SMEs a sales channel for their products and support them to grow their customer base,” Cheah added.
