High-rise reaches pinnacle of quality

PROPERTY developer Mah Sing Group Bhd celebrated the completion of its high-rise residential project, M Adora, in Wangsa Melawati, Kuala Lumpur, ahead of schedule.

The two-block residence with over 670 units, each measuring between 850sq ft and 1,200sq ft, has a gross development value of RM399mil.

The strata scheme is equipped with 35 state-of-the-art amenities. Among them are the Sky Bridge on Level 29, which offers stunning views of the capital city.

Mah Sing founder and group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum said he was proud of the project’s construction quality.

“M Adora showcases our promise of providing modern, urban sanctuary-themed homes at affordable prices in Kuala Lumpur.

“Over the course of three decades, we have gained the trust of over 45,000 homeowners, boosting our enthusiasm to build more homes.”

To celebrate the project’s completion, Mah Sing held a tour of M Adora and appreciation dinner for its corporate and media partners.

Centrally located M Adora in Wangsa Melawati has 35 state-of-the-art facilities.

In his speech, Mah Sing group chief executive officer Datuk Ho Hon Sang said he was proud that M Adora had achieved a Qlassic rating of 85%.

Qlassic is a system by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) which evaluates the quality of a building’s construction.

“This demonstrates our commitment to providing quality products while also keeping our promise to deliver on time.”

Ho said that Mah Sing was on track to generating RM2.2bil in sales this year.

“We are also actively on the lookout for more land to expand our M Series,” he said, adding that M Adora had recorded a 100% take-up rate.

Mah Sing Group Strategy and Operations directors Jane Leong and Rachel Leong also received a certificate from Construction Research Institute of Malaysia manager Syed Hazni Abd Gani to mark the Qlassic rating.

M Adora is located 800m from the Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2) and 3km from Duta Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE).

It is also near public transport stations such as Sri Rampai LRTstation (1.6km) and Wangsa Maju LRT station (2.2km).

The project features green technology such as energy efficient lighting in common areas, cross-ventilation to enhance indoor air quality, rainwater-harvesting system and three electric vehicle charging stations, among others.
