OCBC Bank teams up with Yingke to help Chinese clients with banking in Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR: OCBC Bank (M) Bhd has tied up with China-based Yingke Consulting Sdn Bhd (Yingke Malaysia) to provide their existing and potential customers with value-added banking solutions.

Yingke Malaysia is the official local branch of Yingke Law Global Network (Yingke), a global legal services institution from China that provides one-stop professional business services worldwide.

Yingke, via Yingke Malaysia, will closely work with local legal, financial, and licensing institutions to provide clients with comprehensive support in business, legal, financial, and tax matters, fulfilling its vision of establishing a “Global One-Hour Legal Service Ecosystem.”

“With its strong local presence and solid regional network, OCBC Bank is poised to become not only an entry point for banking solutions to our customers but also a source of continued support to grow their business and realise their aspirations in Malaysia.

“Specifically, these customers will be able to gain from OCBC Bank’s award-winning cash management and foreign exchange management services along with their financing products,” Yingke Malaysia executive director Yao Yanfei said in a statement.

Meanwhile, OCBC head of China Business Leong Pei Pei said the partnership with Yingke Malaysia paved the way for a seamless banking experience for Yingke’s China-based customers seeking to thrive in Malaysia.

“As the bulk of Yingke’s businesses centre on manufacturing, we see our award-winning banking solutions becoming an immediate hit with them. Customers are looking for greater convenience, safety and security so their businesses can thrive and move forward more smoothly in today’s fast paced digital world.
